Product description: Eparema® is a phytomedicine (made of herbal extracts) that eliminates the discomfort caused by slow and difficult digestion and fights the "heaviness feeling" after eating fatty food. It stimulates the production of bile (a bitter fluid, yellow-green, produced by the liver and stored in the gallbladder), which helps to digest fat as it goes through the intestine. It has also a mild laxative effect. Eparema® is a traditional product, and it has been passed down from generation to generation since 1934. Eparema® is available as an over-the-counter (OTC) product.
