Mike joined Byk Canada (later ALTANA Pharma) in 1997 as one of its first employees. As Sales & Marketing Director and later as VP Marketing & Business Development, he supported John Suk in building up the business. In January 2004, Mike was appointed General Manager of Nycomed in the Netherlands. During his time there, Mike grew Pantoprazole to the #3 product in the country, managed the integration between Nycomed and ALTANA and introduced over 5 new products to the market.
Mike is very pleased to be back in Canada and is looking forward to the challenges ahead and to building a strong future for Nycomed in the years to come.

Mike graduated from the University of Guelph, with a Degree in Economics. Mike lives in Oakville with his wife Elisabeth. They have 2 children, both attending Canadian universities.
