Adele Zita has been part of the Nycomed family since 2000 (then Byk Canada), when she joined as Manager, Human Resources. She was named to Director in 2005 and to Vice President in 2009.
Responsible for attracting and retaining Nycomed’s impressive pool of talent, Adele believes Nycomed is consistently a Best Place to Work and Top 100 Employer because of its great culture and people. She strongly believes in the company’s philosophy of giving employees the opportunity to contribute and collaborate cross-functionally, and the openness to do things differently.

Adele studied at York University in the Mathematics for Commerce program and holds an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.
Adele and her husband Mike live in Mississauga with their two children.
