Toni Weitzberg, Chairman of the Board

Kristoffer Melinder, Non-executive Director
Partner, Nordic Capital. Kristoffer Melinder has a strong financial background. He is also on the boards of Atos Medical Holding 2 AB. Kristoffer was born in 1971 and is a Swedish citizen.
Thompson Dean, Non-executive Director
Co-Managing Partner at Avista, Tom Dean has extensive industry experience in finance. He is on the boards of BioPartners, Merril, NextPharma Visant and Safilo. He is also Chairman of the boards of DeCrane Aircraft Holding Inc., Mueller Holdings (N.A.) Inc., and Chairman of Investment Committees of DLJMB II, DLJMB III abd DLJMB Growth Capital Partners. An American citizen, Tom was born in 1958.
Håkan Björklund, CEO
Nycomed CEO with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Håkan is also a member of the boards of Atos Medical AB, Coloplast and Danisco A/S. Born in 1956, he is a Swedish citizen.
Carl-Gustav Johansson, Non-executive Director
Previously CEO & President of AstraZeneca US, Carl-Gustav Johansson has considerable experience in the pharmaceutical business, as well as sales and marketing. He is a member of the boards of EffeRX and NeuroNova AB, and is a Senior Advisor of Investment Growth Capital. Born in 1937, he is a Swedish citizen.
Hans-Joachim Lohrisch, Non-executive Director
Hans-Joachim Lohrisch has considerable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as President and CEO of ALTANA Pharma AG. Born in 1949, he is a German citizen.
Colin Taylor
Colin Taylor, Managing Director and Partner of DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, has extensive financial experience. He serves as a Member of the Board of Management of Glacier Luxembourg Two S.a r.l.
