Ensuring the availability of Nycomed products and services for customers in the most efficient manner requires an integrated approach. Nycomed’s operational activities are part of the entire company value stream.

We operate 16 manufacturing facilities in 12 countries that are meeting the highest international quality standards. Our combination of central and regional manufacturing acts to ensure rapid response to opening new markets and expansion in existing markets. It also includes a significant volume of contract manufacturing, optimising utilisation of manufacturing facilities.

A significant volume of contract manufacturing further optimises the utilisation of the manufacturing network. Partnership plays a vital role for all of our operational activities and helps to guarantee that products not only reach exactly the right customers, but also reach them in the most efficient manner possible.
